My experience working with Maria at Dream Town was great and I was very happy having her help me find a new home. She had sold my parents' condo and came highly recommended by my mom. Not only does she have a lot of experience and know the areas I was looking in very well, I also felt she listened to what I was looking for in a home. She also encouraged me to keep an open mind when she sent me places, pointing out details she thought would fit my lifestyle. This was huge for me since I don't have a lot of experience buying (this was only my second time) and she was really able to show me things about some units that I would have normally not considered or passed up out of ignorance. Most importantly, I felt in negotiations that she always had my back and was in my corner. I never felt that she was rushing me to just buy to get a sale through, which is how I have felt with previous real estate agents. Also, working with her doesn't end at the contract. She continued to support me throughout the entire process from contract signature to the closing and even offered her help after I closed, if I needed someone to meet contractors etc. Overall, I would definitely recommend Maria to anyone looking to buy or sell. Very happy with my results.
